Punching In/Out from a DR2500, DR2000 Timeclock Follow

As an employee, you can use your face, employee PIN, or RFID badge/key fob on the uAttend DR series timeclock after your administrator has configured your profile to do so.  Check out this article to learn more.

 

Notes:

  • DR series timeclocks can respond to some voice commands.  Follow the on-screen prompts to use the voice command feature.
  • Your admin must configure a PIN, biometric, or RFID authentication method on your profile before you can use a timeclock.
  • Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.
  • Contact your administrator to resolve any issues regarding the timeclock (error messages).

 

Face Recognition

To punch in using face recognition:

  1. Authenticate at the timeclock by standing in front of the device.
  2. Press the Punch In button.
    • Press the Quick/All button to display all punch options.
  3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

 

To punch out using face recognition:

  1. Authenticate at the timeclock by standing in front of the device.
  2. Press the Punch Out button.
    • Press the Quick/All button to display all punch options.
  3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

 

PINs

To punch in using a PIN:

  1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the screen and entering your employee PIN.
  2. Press the Punch In button.
    • Press the Quick/All button to display all punch options.
  3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

 

To punch out using a PIN:

  1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the screen and entering your employee PIN.
  2. Press the Punch Out button.
    • Press the Quick/All button to display all punch options.
  3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

 

RFID and Key Fobs

To punch in using an RFID Badge or Key Fob:

  1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the RFID badge/key fob on the icon.
  2. Press the Punch In button.
    • Press the Quick/All button to display all punch options.
  3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.

 

To punch out using an RFID Badge or Key Fob:

  1. Authenticate at the timeclock by tapping the RFID badge/key fob on the icon.
  2. Press the Punch Out button.
    • Press the Quick/All button to display all punch options.
  3. Press the Log Out button to clear the confirmation screen.
