Punching In/Out from the Mobile App

As an employee, once your uAttend account Administrator has given you access permissions to the smartphone application, punching in and out can be easily done from your iOS, or Android mobile device. Check out this article to learn how.

Notes:

• Your admin may have imposed a geo-location restriction on your ability to access the mobile app.
• You will need your company ID when installing the mobile app.  Reach out to your admin for this information.
• Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.

To punch in using the uAttend mobile app, follow these steps. :

1.   Upon opening the app for the first time you will be greeted by the uAttend logo.  If you have already logged in and selected the Keep me logged in option, skip to step 5.

2.   Enter your 5 to 8-digit company ID and press the NEXT button.

3.   Enter your username and password.

4.   Press the LOGIN button.

5.   Press and hold the Punch In button until the colored bar around the punch button creates a complete circle.

6. The app will display a notification with the following punch data:

   • Punch type

   • Time and date

   • Department

7.   Add a note (if applicable) to the punch by clicking the Add Notes button.

8.   Tap the X on the top right of the screen.

To punch out using the uAttend mobile app, follow these steps. :

3.   Enter your username and password.

6.   The app will display a notification with the following punch data:

   • Punch type

   • Time and date

   • Department

7.   Add a note (if applicable) to the punch by clicking the Add Notes button.

8.   Tap the X on the top right of the screen.
