Support menu on a BN-N Timeclock Follow
You will need the timeclock admin and super admin PIN passcodes to access the timeclock menus. Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.
To view the support information on a BN6000N or BN6500N:
- Press the MENU key.
- Enter the five-digit administrator passcode.
- Press OK.
- Use the up and down arrows to scroll to Support.
- Press OK.
- The contact information for support will be displayed on the screen.
- Press the Checkmark button.
- The device model, ID, and firmware version information will be displayed on the screen.
- Press ESC to go back.
