I forgot or don't know the password to access the time clock admin menus.

If you have forgotten the five-digit administrator passcode or eight-digit super administrator passcodes  (also referred to as the passwords or login codes) for your uAttend time clock, the fastest and most reliable way to recover them is through the uAttend cloud portal.

Important Notes 

• Passcodes shown in the portal are valid only if your device firmware is up-to-date (mid-2020 or later).
• If your device is on older firmware, you may see the default passcode 53178 listed.
• A factory reset should be used as a last resort as it erases all settings and stored punches.

To find your passcodes in the portal:

1. Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator.
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click the Punch Management tab.

4. Click the EDIT button on the line for the intended time clock. 
   ⚠️Do not click the red [x] - this will remove the time clock from the account.

   

5. The 5-digit Administrator Passcode and 8-digit Super Administrator Passcode will display.
