Verify IP Address and Network Status on a BN-N Timeclock

You will need the time clock admin and super admin passcodes to access the time clock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To run an internet connection diagnostic on a BN6000N or BN6500N:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the eight-digit super administrator passcode.
3. Press OK.
4. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to Device Management. 
5. Press OK.
6. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to Diagnostics.
7. Press OK. 
8. Use the up and down arrows to scroll to Check Connection.
9. Press OK.  
   • The device will perform a connection test and display the results on the screen.
10. Press OK.
