Site URL Follow
Your custom login site URL is the gateway through which you and all your users can access the cloud portal for your account. Any user logging in to the web portal will need your customer login URL, that includes employees, supervisors, and administrators.
Your custom account login site URL consists of trackmytime.com/ plus a suffix of your choosing.
To locate your account login site URL:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
- Click on the profile avatar in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click the My Account option from the menu.
- Locate the Site URL line to see your chosen suffix.
Your full login URL will be: trackmytime.com/Site_URL. Replace Site_URL with your suffix.
To edit your site URL:
- Click the EDIT button for the Site URL option while in My Account.
- Enter the custom suffix you would like to follow "trackmytime.com/" to complete your site URL.
- Click the SAVE button.
- Share the updated URL with your team as needed.
If you edit the site URL for your account, it is important to share the updated URL with your users to avoid errors and confusion resulting from attempting to use the invalid URL.
Login Issues
When logging into your account using your account URL, your users will see your company name on the login page with the option to enter their username and password to login.
If the login page does not display your company name and instead prompts the user to enter an email address (as pictured below), they are not using your account site URL. They should reach out to you, the account administrator, to verify they have the correct address.
