Punch Status Widget

Get an instant status check on your team. Find out who is in, out, on break, or off at lunch.  Empower your supervisors with this tool to allow them to manage your workforce with more efficiency and awareness.

Notes:

• You can customize your dashboard to enable or disable and rearrange the widgets displayed for you.
• Supervisors will only see data from their responsible departments on their dashboards.
• Employees do not have access to the dashboard.

To navigate the Punch Status widget on the uAttend dashboard, follow these steps. :

1.   Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
2.   Scroll to the Punch Status widget on the uAttend dashboard.
3.   Review the employee(s) each status on your account for the month.
4.   Click the status option(s) (listed below) to display the list of employees currently in the selected status.
   • In
   • Break
   • Lunch
   • Out
   • Missing
5.   Click a column header (listed below) to sort the list by that attribute.
   • Name
   • Status
   • Last Punch
   • From (punch method)
