How do I access the admin menus on a BN timeclock?

We understand that you're requesting information on how to view and/or access the timeclock menus on your BN series timeclock (BN5000, BN5500, BN6000, BN6400, BN6500).

Notes:

• To access your timeclocks menu, you will need your admin passcode.
• You can follow these steps if you have forgotten the passcodes to access the timeclock menus. 
• The displayed passcodes are only valid if your device firmware has been updated after mid-2020.
• If you have not kept the device firmware up to date, you may need to perform a factory reset if anyone previously changed the old default passcode (53178) and forgot it.

To access the BN timeclock menus:

1. Press the MENU key.
2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode. If you forgot or don't know the passcode, click this link for more information.
3. Press OK.
4. Navigate to the desired menu with the up and down arrows.
5. Press OK.
