Change Your Password Follow
Easily reset or update your password for the uAttend cloud account. There are two ways to reset your password:
To reset your password from the login page:
- Navigate to your account login Site URL.
- Click the Forgot Username or Password link.
- Enter the email address tied to your profile.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive a Reset Password email including your username and a link to reset your password.
- Follow the steps below to update your password.
To reset a password as an administrator or supervisor:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator or supervisor (with permissions).
- Click on the People tab.
- Click on the person's name to open their profile.
- Verify the person's email address in their profile. If the person does not have an email address listed, you will need to add one.
- Click the Reset Password hyperlink.
- An email with a link is sent to the person from us. They will need to follow the steps below to update their password.
If the person doesn't attempt to login using the link in the invite email within 24 hours, the link will expire. You are able to resend the link. If you resend the link, the link in the previous email will no longer be active.
If you're not receiving the email, search your inbox for messages from no-reply@trackmytime.com or notify@trackmytime.com. To avoid future emails being filtered to spam, we recommend adding both addresses to your contacts.
To update your password from the Reset Password email:
- Click Reset Password in the Reset Password email.
- You will be taken to a separate screen to create your new password.
- Enter a password making sure to meet the new password requirements.
- Click the eye icon to toggle the password's visibility on or off.
- Confirm your password. Both passwords must match in order to save.
- Click Save to save your new password.
Complexity Requirements
- 12-50 characters
- 1+ Numbers
- 1+ Uppercase
- 1+ Lowercase
- 1+ Symbols. Symbols accepted include: ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+={}[]|\;:">,./?
- The < symbol cannot be used
