Payroll Subscription Plans

uAttend Payroll now offers two subscription options to meet your business needs: Core and Express.

Pricing listed reflects U.S. account rates. Pricing varies for Puerto Rico and other regions.

Core: $5 per person | 3-Business Day Processing

The Core plan provides standard payroll processing with a three-business-day direct deposit timeline. 

Features:

• $5 per person per month
• $50 annual W-2/1099 fee
• $3.75 per W-2/1099 document
• Direct deposit processed in 3 business days (funds must be available by 5:30 PM EST, three days before check date)
• Accounts with 2 or fewer active employees will be charged a $15 monthly minimum.

Express: $8 per person | 1-Business Day Processing

The Express plan provides faster payroll processing with a one-business-day direct deposit timeline.

Features:

• $8 per person per month
• No annual W-2/1099 fee
• No per-document fee
• Direct deposit processed in 1 business day (funds must be available by 2:30 PM EST, one day before check date)
• Accounts with 2 or fewer active employees will be charged a $24 monthly minimum.

How to Change Your Subscription Plan

1. Log in to the uAttend web portal as the Payroll Administrator.
2. Click your Name or Profile Icon in the upper right corner. 
3. Click My Account.
4. In the Overview section, find Payroll Plan and click Request Change.
5. In the pop-up, select Request Upgrade or Request Change.
6. You’ll receive an email within 1 business day confirming the next steps.
