Offline Mode (Store and Forward) Follow
Keeping your team moving shouldn’t depend on a perfect internet connection. With uAttend, your time tracking continues to work smoothly, even when connectivity doesn’t.
Our newer time clock models (BN‑N, JR, DR, RE, JP) are built with automatic store‑and‑forward functionality. If your network is interrupted, punches are securely saved on the device and sent to your account once the connection is restored, so your employees can keep punching without disruption and your business keeps running as expected. You do not need to enable Offline Mode for these models.
For our legacy BN and CB models, Offline Mode (Store and Forward) provides similar peace of mind. When Offline Mode is enabled, these clocks will safely record punches while offline and automatically report them to your account once connectivity stabilizes.
This article will walk you through compatible versions and show you how to enable Offline Mode (Store and Forward) for supported devices.
Compatibility
Offline Mode (Store and Forward) is a legacy feature available only on select CB and BN time clocks running firmware version 4.0.0 and above.
Our newer time clock models do not need this setting enabled - they automatically store and forward all punches at no additional charge: BN‑N, JR, DR, RE, JP.
