Overtime Alerts Follow
Gain efficiency for your team by taking advantage of uAttend’s Overtime alerts feature, set yourself, or your supervisors up to receive these handy alerts via email or text that will inform you of approaching overtime or overtime met.
Notes:
- This is a department-level feature and so will apply to any employee configured with it as their home department, regardless of any department transfers performed during a shift.
- Supervisors can be configured with permissions to view and/or edit departments. Their responsibility can also be limited to certain departments.
- Additional fees apply for the use of uText notifications.
- The email addresses/phone numbers used must be unique.
To configure overtime alerts, follow these steps. :
uAttend_overtime alerts
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator or supervisor (with permissions) profile.
- Click on the Departments tab.
- Click the drop-down menu for the Alerts tab and select the Overtime option.
- Click the Start button (if this is your first time accessing this feature) or the EDIT button (if you have already configured this setting).
- Click the slider button to enable the Approaching Overtime feature in the Weekly Overtime section.
- Enter the time value for the advance notice before reaching the threshold for weekly overtime.
- Click the slider button to enable the Overtime Met option feature (if applicable).
- Click the slider button to enable the Approaching Overtime feature in the Daily Overtime section.
- Enter the time value for the advance notice before reaching the threshold for daily overtime.
- Click the slider button to enable the Overtime Met option feature (if applicable).
- Check the box(es) to select which notification method(s) (listed below) will be used to deliver reminders and alerts.
- Text (fees apply)
- Click the CONTINUE button.
- Click the slider button for the All Future Departments feature (if applicable) to apply this configuration to any departments added to the account in the future.
- Check the box(es) for the department(s) you intend to apply this configuration to.
- Check the individual box(es) for the employee(s) you intend to apply this configuration to.
- Click the CONTINUE button.
- Click the slider button for the All Future Administrators feature (if applicable) to apply this configuration to any administrators added to the account in the future.
- Check the box(es) for the administrator(s) you intend to apply this configuration to.
- Click the slider button for the All Future Supervisors feature (if applicable) to apply this configuration to any supervisors added to the account in the future.
- Check the box(es) for the supervisor(s) you intend to apply this configuration to.
- Click the CONTINUE button.
- Enter the email address(es) and/or mobile number(s) for the administrator(s) and supervisor(s) you selected to receive alerts.
- Click the FINISH button.
