Find Your Account Follow

Having trouble finding your login page? 

If you are not sure which site to log into, the Find My Account feature can help. By entering your email address, you can quickly locate the correct company login page associated with your account. 

This feature works for all users, administrators, supervisors, and employees, including both active and archived users.

 

To use Find My Account:

  1. Go to trackmytime.com. 
  2. Enter your email address associated with your uAttend account.
  3. Click Submit.

 

If You Have One Account

If your email address is linked to a single account:

  • You will be taken directly to your company's login page immediately after you click submit.
  • You can continue logging in as usual. 

 

If You Have Multiple Accounts

If your email address is linked to more than one account:

  • A message appears on the screen letting you know that an email has been sent.
  • You will receive an email with a list of your company IDs and site URLs.

Click on the site URL for the company you want to access. You will be taken to that company's login page.
