Punching In/Out Using Touch Tone Punching Follow
As an employee, you can use touch-tone punching after your administrator has configured your profile to do so. Check out this article to learn more.
Notes:
- Your admin must configure a PIN and enable the phone punch authentication method on your profile before you can use touch-tone punching.
- Contact your administrator for timecard corrections and/or to resolve access issues in your profile.
- Contact your administrator to resolve any issues regarding touch-tone punching(error messages).
To punch in or out using touch-tone punching with a phone:
- Dial the phone number provided by your admin.
- Enter your company ID followed by the # sign.
- Enter your employee PIN followed by the # sign.
- If no department transfer is needed, wait for the confirmation.
