Change the Time Format on a DR Timeclock

You will need the time clock admin and super admin passcodes to access the time clock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To change the time format on the device on a DR2000 or DR2500:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER. If the Face Recognition feature activates, press PIN to enter the passcode.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select TIME.
5. Select TIME FORMAT.
6. For a twelve-hour format select 12-HOUR or for a twenty-four-hour format, select 24-HOUR.
7. Select SAVE.
