Software Update (DR2500, DR2000)

You will need the time clock admin and super admin passcodes to access the time clock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To update the software on a DR2500 or DR2000:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER. If the Face Recognition feature activates, press PIN to enter the passcode.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select SOFTWARE UPDATE. 
5. Once complete you receive the "Software is up to Date" message as well as the current version and date and time of the last update.
