Toggle Key Sounds on a DR Timeclock

You will need the time clock admin and super admin passcodes to access the time clock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To toggle the key sounds on or off on a DR2000 or DR2500:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER. If the Face Recognition feature activates, press PIN to enter the passcode.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select SOUND.
5. Select the toggle icon next to Toggle Key Sounds.
   • When the key sounds are off, the toggle will be to the left and grey.
   • When the key sounds are on, the toggle will be to the right and blue.
