Set Up Your uAttend Username and Password

If you've received an invite email to complete your uAttend setup and create your online profile, follow the steps below to update your username, create your password, and set up 2-Step Verification. 

The invite link will expire after 24 hours. If it expires, ask your administrator or supervisor to resend it. Resending the link will invalidate any previous links.

To set up your login credentials:

1. Open the Action Required: Complete your uAttend Set Up email.
2. Click the Login link in the email.
3. You will be taken to a setup screen where your default username will be displayed.
4. (Optional) Update your username to a unique username between 4 and 50 characters.
5. Enter a password making sure to meet the password complexity requirements (listed below).
6. Click the eye icon to toggle the password's visibility on or off.
7. Confirm your password. Both password entries must match.
8. Click Save.

Complexity Requirements

• 12-50 characters
• 1+ Numbers
• 1+ Uppercase
• 1+ Lowercase
• 1+ Symbols
• Accepted symbols include: ~ ` ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + = { } [ ] | \ ; : " > , . / ?
• The < symbol cannot be used
