Upload Database (DR2500, DR2000)

A uAttend support agent may have you upload your database as part of our troubleshooting process. Use the steps below to upload the device. 

You will need the time clock admin and super admin passcodes to access the time clock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

To upload your DR2000 or DR2500 database to us for diagnostic purposes:

1. Tap the screen.
2. Enter your five-digit administrator passcode and press ENTER. If the Face Recognition feature activates, press PIN to enter the passcode.
3. Select DEVICE.
4. Select UPLOAD DATABASE.
5. Select CONFIRM. 
6. You will receive the message "DATABASE HAS BEEN SENT".
7. Select OK.
