Reboot an RE2000 Time Clock Follow

Rebooting the RE2000 can help resolve minor device issues or refresh the system after settings have been updated. The reboot option is available directly from the administrator menu, allowing you to restart the device without powering it off completely. Follow the steps below to safely reboot the time clock.

You will need the time clock admin and super admin passcodes to access the time clock menus.  Reach out to the Administrator for your account regarding this information.

 

To reboot an RE2000:

  1. Press MENU.
  2. Enter the five-digit administrator passcode.
  3. Press OK.
  4. Scroll down once to Device. 
  5. Press OK.
  6. Scroll down to Reboot Device.
  7. Press OK. 
  8. Press OK again to reboot the device.

The screen will go black briefly and then restart to the uAttend home screen.
