3 - Edit your login information Follow
Now that you've finished the Basic Setup Wizard and are more familiar with the uAttend portal, let's go over where you can view and update your login information. To log in you will need three items: your username, password, and account login site URL. You can update this information at any time.
Please note that both your username and password are case sensitive, however, your login site URL is not.
If you already logged out of the uAttend portal and do not recall your login information, not to worry! You should have received a Thank You email after completing the initial account setup. Go to the Site Name listed in that email and use the temporary login information provided to log in to your account. Once logged in, you can use the steps below to update your login information.
Username and Password
You can leave your username as your email address or you can update both your username and password to something only you know. Your username and password are completely up to you!
Edit Your Username and Password
- Click on the People tab.
- Click on your name.
- Enter the updated Username and Password.
- Click the SAVE button.
Site URL
You also get to decide what login URL your team uses! Your account login site URL is "trackmytime.com/______". The blank is the suffix of your choosing. You can view the site URL and update it at any time from the My Account Overview section.
Edit Your Site URL
- Click on the profile avatar in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click the My Account option from the menu.
- Click the EDIT button for the Site URL option.
- Enter the custom suffix you would like to follow "trackmytime.com/" to complete your site URL.
- Click the SAVE button.
Account Login Site
You can access your account login site by entering your login site URL into the address bar of your preferred web browser. You will be directed to a page with the uAttend logo, your company name, and login fields.
