uText Notifications

Since there are additional fees for using text notifications, you must enable this feature before any text notifications can be configured on your account.  Your standard carrier text rates are separate and also apply.

Notes:

• Refunds are not granted for "unused" features, devices, users, or services.  See the End User License Agreement.
• You can configure text notifications to be sent for certain features, such as notify of punches, break and lunch reminders and alerts, overtime alerts, shift alarms, time off requests, and timecard approvals.

To configure uText notifications for your account:

1. Log in to the uAttend cloud portal with an administrator profile.
2. Click on the profile avatar in the upper right corner of the window.
3. Click the My Account option from the menu.
4. Click the EDIT button for the Optional uText Notifications option.
5. From the drop-down menu, select the Enable option.
6. From the drop-down menu, select the intended option (listed below) for the Receive Daily uText Usage setting.
   • No -Do not send notifications
   • Yes -Receive text notifications
   • Yes -Receive email notifications
   • Yes -Receive email and text notifications
7. Select the send time for the notification from the dropdown list.
8. (Optional) Enter the phone number for the text notifications.
9. Click the SAVE button.
