Time Clock Is Missing from Your Account Follow
If you cannot access your time clock's admin menus and are not able to locate your time clock's device ID in the web portal, it may have been removed from your account. In some cases, our Support team can help reconnect the time clock to your account without losing punches.
Option 1: Contact Support
Click the 💬 Support icon at the bottom right of this page or in your uAttend portal to connect with a support technician. We can assist with troubleshooting and attempt to restore your time clock without data loss.
Option 2: Factory Reset
A factory reset will erase all stored punches and settings. Factory resetting a time clock incorrectly may result in additional troubleshooting. See the correct guide for your device model for more information:
