Employee Report Follow
The Employee Report provides administrators and supervisors a view of employee profile information stored in uAttend. This report is useful for locating and verifying employee attributes such as email addresses, PINs, badge numbers, payroll IDs, and other configured fields.
Notes:
- Supervisors with the necessary permissions will see data for any employee assigned to their responsible departments.
- Administrators will see data for all employees on the account.
To run an employee report:
- Log in to the uAttend cloud portal as an administrator or supervisor.
- Click the Reports tab.
- Select the Employee Report.
- Use the Departments drop-down to select specific home departments.
- Click the Attributes filter to select which employee details to display.
- Use the Status drop-down to filter for active employees, archived employees, or both.
- Print, email, or download the report using the corresponding icon on the top-right of the page.
Filter the Report
The Employee Report includes several filtering options.
Departments
By default, all departments are selected.
Click the Departments drop-down to select a specific home department. Only employees assigned to that department will appear in the report.
Attributes
The Employee Report includes several data fields. By default, the report displays basic employee information such as:
- First name
- Last name
- Department name
- Department code
- Status by default
Additional attributed can be selected:
- Username
- Phone
- Payroll Number
- Base Rate
- Badge Number
- PIN
- Fingerprint ID
- Facial ID
- Exemption Status
Employee Status
Use the Status drop-down to select which employees appear in the report:
- Active
- Archived
- Both
Sort the Report
Click one of the column headers to sort the data by that attribute.
Export or Email the Report
Print: Click the Print icon at the top of the report to print the report or save as a PDF file.
Email: Click the Email icon at the top of the report and select or enter the email address of who should receive the report, separating email addresses with a comma, including an optional message if desired.
Download: Click the Download icon at the top of the report to export a spreadsheet. All data will appear in a single sheet (formatting may vary based on your software settings).
- All reports will export in a .CSV format by default.
